Prestwick Whins planning application refused but Appeal submitted and graned on second appeal.

An application has been submitted to convert the garage at Prestwick Whins cottages to a dwelling. The application was refused planning approval.

The applicant has now submitted an Appeal against the decision to The Planning Inspectorate.

This application was refused on appeal.

A revised application has been submitted.

The application was refused for a second time.

The applicant  has submitted an appeal for a second time to the Planning Inspectorate.

The Planning Inspector has granted the appeal and the development will go ahead.
