Street Houses to be redeveloped as 3 storey 45 bedroom hotel?

    Looks as if applicant does not have control of flat roof offices and garages to rear of site as these are to remain.

    The proposed elevations of the 3 Storey property are very plain and could do with a more architectural detail. Very much a "bog standard" Premier Inn/travel Inn block.
